The guide uses US and Canadian dietary reference intakes for your child's age and gender. It is a simple planning aid, not medical advice. Talk to your doctor or dietitian about your child's health needs.

No. Prices in the app are estimates averaged from several sources.

Are the photos real?

The dish photos are AI-generated, and the recipes are written to match what each photo shows.
